Creating a Table Football Community in Chelmsford
Chelmsford draws people from communities across a wide part of central Essex, making it a strong location for a new table football club.
We want to hear from players in areas including Moulsham, Springfield, Great Baddow, Chelmer Village, Broomfield and elsewhere around Chelmsford.
The first stage is simply finding those people and helping them connect.
Once we have enough local interest, we can work towards arranging regular sessions at a suitable venue and establishing a permanent Chelmsford table football club.
That could start with informal social games and develop naturally as more players become involved.
Looking for Foosball Players in Chelmsford?
Finding somewhere with a football table does not necessarily mean finding people who want to play regularly.
If you are searching for foosball players in Chelmsford, register with us and become part of the local network.
We can help connect people who want social games, regular practice, new opponents or potential doubles partners.
You can register on your own and you do not need any previous club experience.
The important thing is that you want to play.
Growing Table Football in Essex
A successful Chelmsford club could also provide a useful focal point for table football players from elsewhere in Essex.
Rather than players being isolated in different towns, a regular venue could give people somewhere to meet and create the beginnings of a stronger regional community.
As numbers increase, there could be opportunities for club nights, coaching, leagues and tournaments.
The local players will ultimately help shape what the club becomes.
Who Are the British Foosball Association?
The British Foosball Association (BFA) is the national governing body for table football in the UK.
We support the game from grassroots participation through to organised competition, helping clubs and players across the country.
Developing new local communities is an important part of that work.
By connecting Chelmsford and Essex players now, we hope to create a sustainable place to play for years to come.
