About the BFA

The British Foosball Association is the UK national governing body for the sport of table football. We promote and encourage the playing, development and organisation of our sport across the country.

We link clubs, individuals and organisations together; we co-ordinate national, regional and club tournaments; we select representative teams to represent Great Britain in international events; we connect with national and international sports organisations; we develop training programmes; and we arrange the provision of football tables and accessories.

And we do it all because we want more people, of every background, to enjoy this fun, accessible and social sport.

Clubs

At the heart of what we do, is encouraging people to play table football in clubs. What’s a club? It’s a place where you can enjoy your hobby with other people who are as passionate as you are. A club can be in a school, an office, a hospital, a synagogue, in the tea-break room, or in some0ne’s home.

We have affiliated clubs in most regions of England and also now in Scotland. If you’re interested in starting up somewhere where you live, please do just get in touch for a chat.

People playing in BFA sanctioned events get a licence. Most players in the UK are already part of a club or community in some form .

Board

Our board of directors administer the BFA itself, working together with the club captains to co-ordinate table football activities across the country.
