The British Foosball Association Limited is a company limited by guarantee, registered at Companies House, company number 13667851. You can see our profile here.

The company’s articles of association (sometimes called a constitution) outline how the company operates, you can see them here.

The company’s members appoint a board of directors to manage the company on their behalf. As of June 2022, the directors are Will Hawkes (chair), Stephen Lyall (sport) and Mike Cohen (finance). Our hope is for our clubs to take a more formal role in our constitution in due course.
