Player Rankings

The BFA Rankings recognise player performances at sanctioned table football competitions in the UK and overseas. Players can earn ranking points at local, regional, national and international events, with separate rankings covering singles, doubles and a range of competition categories.

The BFA is moving its rankings to Coral, our online tournament and competition platform. Once the new system is ready, players will be able to view the latest standings and track their results through Coral.

The new BFA Rankings are currently being prepared and will be available soon.

How the rankings work

Players earn ranking points by competing in eligible BFA-sanctioned and ITSF events. Points are influenced by the level of the competition, the player’s finishing position and the number of competitors taking part.

The rankings are designed to reward regular participation and strong performances across the competitive season. They may also be used for tournament seeding and qualification for selected national and international competitions.

Player ratings

The BFA Rankings measure recent tournament performance and a player’s position within each competitive discipline.

Player Ratings are separate and provide an indication of a player’s overall competitive level, such as Beginner, Amateur, Semi-Pro, Pro or Pro Master.

Taking part

Players can earn ranking points by entering eligible competitions listed on the BFA Events Calendar. Tournament organisers should ensure their event is properly sanctioned and that results are submitted to the BFA following the competition.
