Growing Table Football in North Wales
Wrexham became Wales’s newest city in 2022 and serves communities across a wide part of north-east Wales.
That makes it a particularly interesting location for developing table football.
We want to hear from players in Wrexham itself and nearby areas including Acton, Rhosddu, Gwersyllt, Gresford, Rhos, Ruabon and elsewhere around the county borough.
Our aim is to connect those players first, then work towards a regular playing night and a permanent Wrexham table football club.
A successful club could give players from across the area somewhere to meet without needing to travel much further afield for regular games.
As numbers increase, there could also be opportunities for coaching, leagues and tournaments, helping Wrexham become a focal point for table football in North Wales.

The British Foosball Association (BFA) is the national governing body for table football in the UK.

One of the ways we can grow the sport is by helping people who live near each other make contact and form new local communities.
By developing a player base in Wrexham, we hope to provide more opportunities to play in North Wales and create a club that can become part of the wider UK table football scene.
