Seven Titles for UK Players at the Garlando World Series

UK players delivered an incredible set of results at the 2026 Garlando World Series in Cieszyn, Poland, claiming seven titles and four second-place finishes across the tournament, held from 16–20 September.

Among the standout achievements was a brilliant double victory for Filip Cellary and Stanley Darragh, who won both the Junior Under 16 Doubles and Junior Under 19 Doubles. Winning across two age categories is a tremendous achievement and a hugely exciting result for British junior table football.

Both players also enjoyed success elsewhere. Filip won the Junior DYP alongside Czech player Max Suchy, while Stanley finished second in Junior Under 16 Singles. Anya Darragh added another junior podium, taking second place in Junior Under 13 Doubles with India’s Gurnoor Kaur.

There was plenty to celebrate in the senior competitions too. David Ziemann won Senior Over 50 Singles, while Rhys Roberts took the Senior Over 63 Singles title, with David finishing second. The pair then joined forces to win Senior Over 63 Doubles.

Yaka Diaz completed the UK’s collection of titles by winning Senior Mixed alongside Austria’s Oliver Vilim, and also secured second place in Women’s Senior Singles.

From our youngest competitors to our experienced senior players, these results give the British table football community plenty to be proud of. Congratulations to all our podium finishers, their doubles partners and everyone who represented the UK in Cieszyn.
