Happy New Year, foosballers!

The start of January heralds the beginning of the BFA’s 2026 season. That means it’s time for all of us to renew our BFA licences through our clubs so we can register for tournaments.

To play in ITSF and national tournaments, a Class A licence is needed (£20); for Challenger tournaments and regional leagues, it’s a Class B licence (£5); for local competitions a Class C licence is required, which is free. Starting this year, all licences are free for juniors (U19).

Here’s what you need to do:

  • Head to app.tablesoccer.org and log in to your profile.
  • Navigate to your club membership and click Renew, choosing your preferred licence type.
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions, and then click Send.
  • For licences where a payment is necessary, your Club Leader will be able to Activate your licence for you once you have paid the club.
  • Club Leaders, the BFA will be in touch at regular intervals to collect the fees due for your club.
