SUMMARY:Hackney Monster DYP
DESCRIPTION:Continuing our 2024 season in Hackney. \nWe’re using a format which is great for new and experienced players alike. So if you’re curious about getting into table football\, come along and try it out! \nWe’ll be using all the tables in the venue – 1 x Tornado\, 1 x Garlando\, 1 x Ullrich\, 1 x Fireball\, and 1 x Roberto. So come ready to play on every table. It makes you a better player. \nDoors open at 6.30pm\, and events start at 7.30pm. We’ll have 2 and a bit of hours of qualification matches. Matches are doubles\, one game first to seven. Each time you’ll have a different partner. The computer’s algorithm will figure out a ranking based on everyone’s results (win percentage\, BH1\, BH2)\, and it tries to generate match-ups which are as close as possible. \nThen from 9.45pm\, it’ll be a single elimination knock-out. We’ll take up to 16 people through\, the software matches up up Pro Am teams\, i.e. 1st ranked plays with 9th ranked\, 2nd with 10th etc. \nWe’ll do a quarter-final\, semi-final\, final\, each match is best of 3 games to 5. Medals for 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd places. \n£10 per person which includes a drink at the bar.
